Michael Feldman Counselling - Hertfordshire, North West London & Online
‘We are not what we shall be but we are growing towards it. The process is not yet finished but it is going on. This is not the end but it is the road.’– Martin Luther
Feeling anxious, depressed, afraid, angry or just totally overwhelmed with what is going on in your life? Having relationship issues? For many of us, problems can build up and affect how we feel about ourselves as well as impacting on our relationships and work performance.
Sleeping may be a struggle and we can feel unmotivated and irritable. Even physical symptoms such as headaches, nausea or feeling tired all the time can be a direct result of emotional issues.
Help is at hand
Although talking to family and friends can be useful they may give you advice that is not helpful, or you may for whatever reason not want to share your issues with them. Professional counselling services provide a confidential, non-judgemental place to talk about the troubles impacting you and your life.
I am an experienced counselling professional with many years of experience working in Radlett and online. I have helped clients find their way to a more comfortable and satisfying life since I started working as a counsellor in 1996.
My initial training was Person Centred. Don’t worry if you have not heard of it before. It basically means that you are the focus of the counselling and I put you at the centre of the therapy. At times I will bring tools and techniques from other approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis and other therapeutic techniques when I believe these would be of benefit to you in your journey. I offer both online counselling and in-person counselling sessions at my clinic in Radlett, Hertfordshire. These sessions can be individual or couples sessions for online relationship counselling.
There are many issues that therapy can help with and these include:-
- Anger
- Anxiety
- Low self-esteem/self confidence
- Trauma
- Stress
- Depression
- Loss/bereavement
- Illness
- Relationship counselling
- Couples therapy
- Sex addiction counselling

CBT can assist in managing a wide range of psychological issues, including depression, anxiety disorders, alcohol and drug misuse and eating disorders. The cognitive-behavioural approach is largely self-help, with the aim being to help clients develop skills to overcome not only their current problems but also any similar ones in the future.
